Sugarhouse Park – Mt. Olympus Pavilion, 1500 E 2100 S, SLC
Divisions offered on grass: Coed Competitive 4′s (competitve players with good command of skills) and Coed Recreation 4′s (recreational players and new players developing their skills)
Play Starts at 9:00 am. Check-In and Registration from 8:00 – 8:45 am.
PRIZES: Smiths’s Gift Cards – $25 each for 1st place, $20.00 each for 2nd place, and $15.00 each for 3rd place
Pre-Registration: UOVA Member: $15, Non UOVA Member: $25, Westminster College Student/Faculty/Staff/Alumni: $10

Day of Registration: UOVA Member: $20, Non UOVA Member: $30, Westminster College Student/Faculty/Staff/Alumni: $15
Two subs (one female and one male) are allowed in Coed 4′s. Each participant must pay the registration fee and each participant will be awarded prize if they finish in the top 3 in their division. To register a team with more than 4 players you must register by phone or mail. No online registration is available for teams of more than 4 players.
